or &#8220;T&amp;Cs&#8221;) govern the contractual relationship between:<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>SHERVIN CONSULTING LTD<\/strong>, a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is located at 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX (hereinafter &#8220;Astrovision&#8221; or the &#8220;Seller&#8221;),<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">and any natural person of legal age, acting for purposes outside the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity (hereinafter the &#8220;Customer&#8221;), making a purchase on the website <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"https:\/\/astrovision.ai\">https:\/\/astrovision.ai<\/a> or through the associated mobile application (hereinafter the &#8220;Services&#8221;).<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Any Order placed on the Services implies the Customer&#8217;s full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">1. Purpose<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">These Terms set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of <strong>digital products<\/strong> (in particular PDF files and podcasts containing astrological content) offered by Astrovision to the Customer.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">2. Definitions<\/h2><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Customer<\/strong>: any natural person of legal age placing an Order on the Services.<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Services<\/strong>: the website <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"https:\/\/astrovision.ai\">https:\/\/astrovision.ai<\/a> and the Astrovision mobile application.<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Products<\/strong>: all digital goods offered for sale by Astrovision, in particular PDF files and podcasts.<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Order<\/strong>: the act by which the Customer commits to purchasing one or more Products and Astrovision commits to providing them.<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Account<\/strong>: the Customer&#8217;s personal space on the Services, accessible after registration.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">3. Acceptance of the Terms<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Customer acknowledges having read these Terms prior to any Order and declares to accept them without reservation by ticking the relevant box at the time of Order validation.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Astrovision reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the Order.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">4. Account Creation<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The purchase of Products may require the creation of an Account. Upon registration, the Customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, in particular:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">First name and last name;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Age (or date of birth);<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Place of birth;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Email address.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">This data is essential for the provision of the Services, in particular for generating personalised astrological content. The Customer is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and undertakes to inform Astrovision without delay of any unauthorised use of their Account.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The processing of this data is detailed in the <span class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\">Privacy Policy<\/span>.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Customer may at any time request the deletion of their Account by email to <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"mailto:contact@astrovision.ai\">contact@astrovision.ai<\/a>.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">5. Products<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Astrovision markets <strong>digital products<\/strong> with astrological content, in particular:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>PDF files<\/strong> (analyses, birth charts, guides, etc.);<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Podcasts<\/strong> (audio recordings).<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Products are described as accurately as possible on the Services. However, photographs, illustrations and descriptions are not contractually binding.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Products offered are <strong>intended for entertainment and personal development purposes only<\/strong> and do not constitute medical, legal, financial or professional advice.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">6. Prices<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The prices of the Products are indicated on the Services in euros (EUR) or in any other specified currency, inclusive of all applicable taxes.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Astrovision reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of Order validation.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">7. Orders<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">7.1 Ordering Process<\/h3><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">To place an Order, the Customer must:<\/p><ol class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-decimal flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Select the desired Product(s);<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Review the contents of their basket;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Log in or create an Account;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Accept these Terms;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Proceed to payment.<\/li><\/ol><h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">7.2 Order Confirmation<\/h3><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Order is considered final after payment confirmation. A confirmation email summarising the Order is sent to the Customer at the email address provided at registration.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">7.3 Order Refusal<\/h3><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Astrovision reserves the right to refuse any Order for a legitimate reason, in particular in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer, failure to pay, or suspicion of fraud.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">8. Payment<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Payment is made online, at the time of the Order, through a secure payment provider.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The accepted means of payment are indicated on the Services (credit\/debit card, etc.).<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Customer&#8217;s banking data is transmitted securely and is <strong>never retained<\/strong> by Astrovision.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">If payment is refused by the provider, the Order is automatically cancelled.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">9. Delivery of Digital Products<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">As the Products are entirely digital, no physical delivery is made.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">After payment validation, the Customer receives by email and\/or through their Account access to the ordered Product(s):<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Download link for PDF files;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Access to the audio player or download link for podcasts.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Access to the Product is generally immediate, and in any event within 24 hours of payment confirmation.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">In case of any access issue, the Customer is invited to contact Astrovision at <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"mailto:contact@astrovision.ai\">contact@astrovision.ai<\/a>.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">10. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2><blockquote class=\"ml-2 border-l-4 border-border-300\/10 pl-4 text-text-300\"><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>IMPORTANT \u2014 Exception for digital content<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">In accordance with applicable consumer protection law (in particular the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the UK, and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011\/83\/EU), the right of withdrawal <strong>cannot be exercised<\/strong> for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer&#8217;s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">By validating their Order, the Customer:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Expressly requests the immediate performance of the service (access to the digital content) before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Expressly acknowledges <strong>waiving their right of withdrawal<\/strong> once downloading of the Product or access to the digital content has begun.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Consequently, <strong>no refund will be issued<\/strong> once the Product has been downloaded or access to the content has been initiated, except in the case of non-conformity of the Product.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">11. Non-conformity and Claims<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">If the Product received has a conformity defect (corrupted file, content manifestly different from the description, etc.), the Customer must inform Astrovision within a reasonable period from the Order, by email to <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"mailto:contact@astrovision.ai\">contact@astrovision.ai<\/a>, specifying:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">The nature of the problem;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">The Order reference.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Astrovision undertakes to propose an appropriate solution: replacement of the Product or, failing that, a refund.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">12. Intellectual Property<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Products are protected by intellectual property laws. By purchasing a Product, the Customer benefits from a <strong>personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable licence<\/strong> for use strictly for private purposes.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Customer is <strong>strictly prohibited<\/strong> from:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Reproducing, broadcasting, distributing, selling or transferring all or part of the Products;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Modifying, adapting, translating or creating derivative works from the Products;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Removing the intellectual property notices appearing on the Products;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Sharing their Account credentials with third parties.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Any breach of these obligations may give rise to legal action.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">13. Liability<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Astrovision undertakes to provide the Services and Products with due care. However, its liability cannot be engaged in the event of:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Misuse of the Products by the Customer;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Failure of the Customer&#8217;s equipment or internet connection;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Force majeure as defined by case law;<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Decisions made by the Customer based on astrological content, which is intended for entertainment purposes and in no way constitutes professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">In any event, Astrovision&#8217;s liability, if established, shall be limited to the amount of the Order in question.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">These provisions do not limit in any way the mandatory consumer rights provided for by applicable law.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">14.
